ORLANDO, Fla. (FNN NEWS) – Orange Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor Daisy Morales’ Office released the follwing statement on the passing of her sister:
“Diana Ramos, beloved sister of Orange Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor Daisy Morales, passed away at the age of 56 Wednesday night, September 19, 2018, at Florida Hospital after a 30-day stay at an Orange County nursing home. Diana had special needs but was a strong, resilient sister and friend. She was Supervisor Morales’ only sibling and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. The family is grateful for the patience, support, and prayers of so many and requests privacy during this time of grieving.”
Diana frequently accompanied Supervisor Morales at community events and Board meetings.
Morales was first elected to Orange Soil & Water Conservation District Supervisor, Seat 2 in 2014 and is currently running for re-election.
