ORLANDO, Fla. (FNN NEWS) – Orange Soil and Water Conservation District Board Vice Chairman and Seat 2 Supervisor Daisy Morales has qualified for the ballot in her re-election bid in the November 2018 general election.
“I’m excited to be the first candidate in this race to quality by petition within five days after filing for re-election,” said Supervisor Morales. “I’m geared up and focused on serving the citizens of Orange County for another four-year term.”
“In the coming days and weeks I’ll be announcing key endorsements in support of my re-election from elected officials, community groups and individuals,” she added.
This is not Morales’s first time adding her name to the ballot by petition. She also did so as a first time candidate for Orange Soil and Water Conservation District Board in 2014.
Sean McQuade and Robert Lefkowitz are also running for Orange Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor Seat 2 and have not yet qualified.
