FNN News Names Jennifer Rosario de Casiano VP, Production and Programming

ORLANDO, Fla. (FNN NEWS) – FNN News Network has named Jennifer Rosario de Casiano as Vice President of Production and Programming Thursday. In her new role, Jennifer will oversee programming across all platforms for the network as well as its growing in-house production unit.

“We’re excited to have Jennifer’s powerful combination of creative and strategic thinking to move our networks and platforms forward,” FNN News Network and Florida National News founder Willie David said Thursday. “She has a proven track record for developing and producing engaging content, which is this network’s top priority.”

“I love what FNN News Network stands for–unbiased reporting, independent journalism, and representation in its creative content, so this opportunity is a perfect fit for me,” Jennifer said Thursday. “Coming from our flagship news outlet, Florida National News, to build out the network’s programming is a journey I can’t wait to embark on.”

“Jennifer has the experience, tenacity and creativity our network is looking for,” Florida National News Editor Mellissa Thomas said Thursday. “She saw the vision from the company’s inception and is ready to carry it, full speed.”

Jennifer knows her way around the lens–both in front of and behind it. She began her career behind the scenes in film and television after graduating from Valencia College with a degree in Film Production Technology. She worked her way up from production assistant through the many film departments as a makeup artist, script supervisor, writer, producer and director, and gained broadcast experience working at CTV24 Shopping Network in Miami. She went on to operate as a small production company, Rmarcfilms Corp., providing many aspects of film services herself.

In the midst of her relentless hustle as a filmmaker, she cultivated an onscreen image which eventually lead her to becoming a lifestyle actor, fashion model, reporter, host and spokesperson.

In addition to her production and media expertise, she also joins the team with a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Project Management.
