UCF to hold National Championship Parade Sunday at Walt Disney World

ORLANDO, Fla. (FNN SPORTS) – On Sunday, January 7, the University of Central Florida Knights football team will make its way down Main Street, U.S.A. at the Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom Park in a special parade in their honor.

UCF athletic director Danny White announced plans to hold a parade for the team, as well as hang a championship banner at Spectrum Stadium, the Knights’ home field.
No. 12 UCF Knights defeated No. 7 Auburn Tigers 34-7 in the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl on New Year’s Day. UCF is the only undefeated college team in the nation with a 13-0 record.
The parade is set for 4:30 p.m. at the Magic Kingdom which will include UCF Knights football team, cheerleaders and marching band.
