Ambassador Moise, Health Minister, and Haiti’s First Lady Sophia Martelly Attend Health Center Grand Opening

LIMONADE, HAITI (FNN News) – Haitian Ambassador at Large Dr. Rudy Moise traveled from Miami to Haiti for the inauguration of the Centre de Santé de Caracol in Limonade, Haiti, Monday, October 12, 2015.

Ambassador Moise joined Haiti’s First Lady Sophia Martelly, Health Minister, Dr. Duperval Guillaume, Howard University President Dr. Wayne Frederick, HOAH President Dr. Henry Paul and HOAH Chairman Joseph Baptiste and other special guests for the historic ceremony.

“The health center will provide residents primary health care, surgery, ob/gyn, dental, pharmacy and other services in partnership between NOAH New York and the Haitian Government, stated Ambassador Moise.

“Saving lives one person at the time”, said NOAH Chairman Joseph Baptiste.
