Windermere Police Chief David Ogden, Val Demings, Mark and Josie Nejame Among Honorees at the Inaugural Stronger Because of It Holiday Gala

ORLANDO, Fla. (FNN News) — 2015 Power Couple Nouchelle and Oliver Hastings, co-founders of Mentor2Marriage, will host the inaugural Stronger Because of It Holiday Gala at Aloft Hotel in Downtown Orlando on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 starting with a VIP reception at 5 p.m. The gala, which begins at 6 p.m., will “highlight those who have been transformative in bettering the lives of others and have become stronger because of it” and will feature keynote honoree and speaker David Ogden, City of Windermere Chief of Police. The “Post-Gala Party Like It’s 1999” begins at 8 p.m.

The night’s honorees include a litany of acclaimed community leaders and organizations who through acts of kindness have transformed lives of many, including Val Demings, Mark and Josie Nejame, Dick Batchelor, Yvonne Loggins Coleman, STAR 94.5’s JoJo Oneal, Attorney Natalie Jackson, Runway to Hope, Shepherd’s Hope, New Image Youth Center Founder Shanta Barton-Stubbs, Dr. Richard Lapchick, Orlando Magic’s Dewayne Desmond, and many others.
