ORLANDO, Fla. (FNN NEWS) – America First Federation, a national not-for-profit organization comprised of national and local grassroots groups supporting President Trump’s agenda founded by Mark Skoda, announces Randy Ross, President of the Orange County Trump Republican Club, as Chairman for the State of Florida for the federation Friday, April 28, 2017. “Serving as the Orange County Trump campaign for the last year and half has been an interesting learning process where media is concerned. I look forward to, through various social media and broadcast vehicles, to maintaining a clear understanding of our President’s intentions,” Ross expressed.

The objective of America First Federation is to establish a clear message of alignment to address challenges to the reputation of the movement and its affiliates through professional management and training of leaders and activists while advancing that agenda. “We will resist those who would defame us and respond with clarity and strength. We shall not be the subject to the media’s caricature of the “forgotten man” but support all Americans,” said Skoda. “We shall promote President Trump’s contract with America. We shall no longer accept the bias of the media and will see our own path to truth.” Currently America First Federated is organized or organizing in Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin and now Florida.

Over 1,300 Orange County volunteers, with Ross as the Chairman, led Orange County to win the Orange County Republican Preference Primary as one of the 66 of 67 in March 2015 and onto a Florida win in November. “The creation of the Orange County Trump Republican Club, a charter club of the Republican Party of Florida, was specifically designed to be a continuation of the energy and excitement Trumpers illustrated emphatically,” said Ross. “Now to organize that energy through action over the next few years is critical to a 2020 reelection of Trump. Chairing the America First Federated is a natural progression to working with all loyal Trump supporters throughout the entire critical State of Florida.” Ross recently launched the “Orange County Trump Republican Club” weekly Facebook live Trump update program, which happens every Tuesday at 7pm.

Ross, a former candidate for Orlando City Council, took on the role of Orange County Chairman in October of 2015. A resident of Orlando since 1994, Ross administrates two highly active Facebook political pages: “Orange County Political Voice” (OCPV) and the “Orange County Trump Republican Club 2020.” Additionally, Ross is certified in General Services Administration (GSA) government contract writing and negotiation and works with a small firm in Orlando. “My background in Public Relations and Marketing along with media helped me realize the election media process of 2016 was unbalanced,” says Ross. “With the influence of social media and now in the role of Chairman for the American First Federated for Florida we can work to ensure, as we can, a better and more cohesive message of the truth in what is being reported.”

Outside of being a political activist in the past Ross has led charges to bring awareness and fundraise for causes like domestic abuse, Title 1 Schools, AIDS Walk and programs affecting senior and elderly communities.
