ORLANDO, Fla. (FNN) – The 2024 Taste of Central Florida, the region’s premier food and beverage tasting event, once again brought together the community to combat childhood hunger. Held at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, this annual event is a beacon for food lovers, featuring the area’s most talented chefs, brewers, wine purveyors, and spirit vendors.

Taste! Central Florida invited the community to indulge in an evening of signature dishes, fine wines, craft beers, and specialty cocktails. This event not only celebrates culinary excellence but also serves a vital purpose—raising funds for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida.

The event is driven by a dedicated all-volunteer steering committee, over 300 day-of event volunteers, and significant in-kind support from local business partners. This collective effort ensures that every dollar raised goes directly to supporting children in Central Florida who face hunger daily.

Now in its 33rd year, Taste of Central Florida has raised over $4 million to fight childhood hunger. The event has become one of the largest fundraisers in the region, bringing a delicious experience to the community while making a profound impact on the lives of those in need.
