Tink, Store Manager for the Dunkin’ Donuts store at Bennett Road and East Colonial Drive, always looks forward to National Donut Day. “It’s great making deliveries to businesses like these…and seeing people happy for free donuts. Our store is bustling…we’ll be baking them [donuts] fresh all day long. Everyone can come in, buy a drink, and get a free donut.”

This is the 81st year for National Doughnut Day, which was first celebrated in Chicago. The day was established in 1938 to honor The Salvation Army Donut Lassies, women who served the treats to soldiers during World War I.

I frequently stop at any local Dunkin Donuts to get my favorite ice coffee but Tink in Orlando not only has the coffee I’ve come to adore but an exceptional customer service I’ve yet to seen to be matched. The team works quick and Ms.Tink has shown that she will go to any length to insure my order is correct and served just how I like it. Dunkin Donuts just got another W.
