A Closer Look at SoFi Stadium, Site of Super Bowl LVI

As SoFi Stadium, site of Super Bowl LVI, prepares for the big game next weekend, the designers and architects spent time, today, showcasing the NFL’s newest and largest venue, and the vision for Hollywood Park in the long run.

SoFi Stadium is the centerpiece of Inglewood’s Hollywood Park development.

With a capacity of 70,000 seats, Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium represents 3.1 million square feet of the 15 million square feet available for the Hollywood Park mixed use development. The space also includes the American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater, as well as office space, retail space, and residences. Construction on the surrounding areas will continue for the next several years. The goal is to create a destination environment for more than just sports and entertainment.
