ORLANDO, Fla. (FNN) – State Representative Daisy Morales’s re-election campaign announced today the Federation of Manufactured Home Owners of Florida’s endorsement of her candidacy for House District 44.
The Federation of Manufactured Home Owners of Florida, Inc., (FMO) is a statewide, consumer advocacy association dedicated to protecting the rights and interests and enriching the lifestyles of manufactured home owners. Formed in 1962, the FMO has a membership of approximately 200,000 manufactured home owners.
“…Your re-election will be a tribute to the good work and representation you have been providing to your constituents during your time in the Florida House,” FMO president Ron Grove said in a statement.
“I’m excited to have the FMO’s repeat endorsement,” Rep. Morales said. “I appreciate FMO placing their trust in me in 2020 and trusting me again in this election. I joined my colleagues in the Florida House to advocate for manufactured home safety last Session.
“Now, with inflation and the current real estate market, the affordable housing crisis impacts manufactured home owners too, and I’ll continue to work with my colleagues to make housing more affordable for these and all homeowners across the state.”
Rep. Morales has also gotten repeat endorsements from U.S. Congressman Darren Soto, Florida Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried, State Rep. Kristen Arrington (D-Kissimmee), former State Representatives John Cortes and Bruce Antone, and Ocoee District 4 Commissioner George Oliver III, because they believe she is the representative they can trust to serve Florida House District 44.
Her more recent endorsements also include State Rep. Susan Valdes (D-Tampa), Florida Rising, Florida Realtors PAC and the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association.
